"Le doy 3 estrellas porque la ubicación es muy buena y la ducha funcionaba y el baño estaba limpio. La habitación pudiera estar mucho mejor. Considero que con un poco de mantenimiento resolvería muchos de los problemas estéticos. Lamentablemente la cama no era muy cómoda y desafortunadamente algunos miembros del staff se comportaron de manera muy indiferente casi apática a excepción de las damas de recepción que lo hicieron bien. En conclusión si tienes bajo presupuesto y quieres algo conforme a...

"The staff was very friendly. This hotel was at the upper level, sharing floor with others unit but looks safe because they close the main door all the time. Great price for medium size room (cheap). Suitable for a single or couple traveler whose looking for budget hotel which is very near to the center of Kota Kinabalu (walking distance to Gaya street, kampung air). But there is no free drinking water, coffee or tea provided in this room. There is a few can drink inside the refrigerator but to...

"Need to improve on the cleanliness of the kitchen. Inspect the kitchen utensils, the water filter is leaking, the dish soup is non-existent, the drying rack left in the kitchen cupboard to house insects, the living room sofa leather was teared apart.
The amenities advertised includes water bottles, but when asked for it from the staff on site, it’s not provided as complimentary. The bedroom door cannot be locked for some room, there’s stain on every bed and bedsheets.

"We arrived at nearly 10pm and didnt have the self check-in details so we had to send a text to receive the door codes. One of the rooms they said was ours already had people sleeping inside! Fortunately they gave us another room and we found them simple but comfortable. The shower was excellent!"

"We had a wonderful time here. We stayed for 3 nights in a superior chalet. As it was a basic chalet it was actually the best chalet we have stayed in, spatious, 2 air con units which kept us lovely and cool. Big bathroom and rain shower. The bed was huge and really comfortable. They also provide free insect repellent in the rooms and by the pool which we didn't find anywhere else on our trip. Wifi in the room and TV. There are steps up to our chalet which we found okay but people with mobility issues could just get the complimentary electric buggy to and from the rooms.
The staff here are magnificent, so kind and caring and very attentive. We didn't opt for the all inclusive option as we don't drink so it wouldn't have been beneficial for us. Food was great, especially the burger on the lunch menu and we loved the refresher drinks menu. Happy hour is 4pm-7pm.
We snorkelled everyday and used the kayaks also. All watersports are free to use which is the reason we chose this resort over gaya island resort and we thought the beach was nicer also. We saw some great fish around the Jetty, sting rays and a black tip shark. No jellyfish were seen which was great.
We didn't use the gym but we went in to get the pickleball equipment and it was good, all the equipment you'd need, shower etc... We played pickleball in the rain and it was fabulous.
Overall the staff here make the experience one of a kind. We would happily return and already miss being there!"
"ok for a couple of nights. spotlessly clean. if you lookin to cook yr own food, id be wary. very basic as far as that goes. however , everything else top not h"
"A lovely hotel by the waterfront with an amazing view of yachts and the islands. All meals are in the buffet restaurant that provides a huge choice of local dishes and some international food. There is a tiny bar by the waterfront that serves simple food in the evenings. Excellent service staff and ambience. The hotel is just 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes to shopping malls, served by the hotel's free shuttle bus. Grab to the city is easy to get and inexpensive. Very convenient location. A hassle-free stay at this lovely hotel."
