"The hotel room was extremely comfortable, and having a washer and dryer in each room was a wonderful convenience. The shower and toilet are separate, which adds to the comfort, and each room allows full control of the air conditioning and heating, both of which work very well. The location is excellent with easy access to nearby train and bus stations. It’s also just a 15-minute walk to popular shopping spots like Uniqlo, Muji, and Daiso as well as higher-end stores. You also can take a bus. There are also plenty of dining options around the hotel. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in Tokyo, and I would definitely return."

"Arrived at hotel to check-in around 2:15pm - explained my situation where I must hurry for my meeting and requested if I can check early (standard check-in time is 3pm) since I will check-out 3 hours earlier than their check-out time (11am) - female staff said I must pay for early check-in and other male staff also said it's policy... stayed hundreds of hotels around the world and many in Japan but this is 1st hotel that rejected due to their policy. If they told me that room is not ready, I totally understand but they have all rooms ready for next guests and charging them extra money for early check-in, is insane. I am sure that they have no policy if guest checks out earlier than their standard check-out time. Felt sorry for other guests waiting until 3pm even though their rooms are already vacant and ready. Won't be staying this hotel again."

"Solaria Nishitetsu Ginza was a pleasant stay at the end of our trip in Japan. The room was clean and it had a good size (especially comparing to other Tokyo hotels). Amenities were okay. The elevators could use with some cleaning and the breakfast was just okay. Thank you for a nice stay."
