Laundry facilities welcome. 2nd floor communal table & seating area excellent for meeting & chatting with other guests. I can see why this property is popular with tour groups. No pool, spa or unncessary frills in the hotel - just want you need for a comfortable stay. Location is ideal for getting to Tokyo transport stations, a Donki, a grocery store, many many good restaurant options and so many convenience stores. All in a very short 5-10 min walk that is safe, clean and full of interesting sights. Excellent base to explore all of Tokyo! I highly recommend this hotel."

"The overall experience was very pleasant and relaxing. Venue and rooms were very clean as well as the staff was very friendy. Ita located in a safe and prime area which is easy to walk to within a few minutes to train station. Felt safe walking in the evenings as well."
