This property was very modern. It had great views and even a piano in the lobby if you wanted to play it. The lobby was located on the 18th floor so it was a little confusing at first when you first get dropped off there’s only an elevator and no street level lobby. The breakfast buffet was affordable for $24 and they had a wide variety to choose from. The room also had great options for automatic shades, and room darkening shades.

The biggest strength of this hotel is the location. It is closely located to Ginza, have access to pretty much all the train systems in Tokyo. The property was used to be nice and clean when I stayed in 2025. However when I stayed this time, there was abad odor going around the room. Staff were trying hard to help mitigate the situation and I appreciated their effort but the odor was very uncomfortable for me to stay there. I hope they can resolve the odor issue as they have a prime location if want to maximize your stay at Tokyo.

Where do i start, it was our 15th anniversary and the staff left us hand written notes to celebrate our special. I was very much touch by their sweet gesture. The views are amazing, the tokyo tower is partially blocked but you can to witness the amazing tokyo views at night. The property has weight scale for luggage , after shopping heavily on the last day we have to bring the large suitcases multiple times to adjust the weights, would be good to have a weighing scale in the property. Other than that very thing is amazing, except the rooms to be smaller compared to the rooms in osaka . But i think the location to ginza made it really easy for us to walk around for shopping.

The room was not spacious, but the view was great. Very little space for your luggage and clothes (we travelled just with carry-ons). I personally hated all the heated toilets in Japan, this one in the hotel was no exception, but this is just a personal preference. In the shower we had mold on the floor between the tile grouts. We took a picture, showed at the reception and they sent a cleaning stuff, so it was solved while we stayed there. The breakfast was a underwhelming for the price, I do not recommend it.

房有異味（臭狐味），不建議入住 入房後發現房間有臭弧味，要求換房。但職員表示無房可換（但因checkin 時我們是由其他樓層換至與同行人士同層，所以可以肯定尚有其他房間可換）。經再次要求，職員表示因我們已使用房間，如換房，此房間將不能轉予其他客人使用。但實際上，我們只入房5分鐘，同行老人家只坐沙發，床鋪完全未有使用。 經多次交涉，酒店給予我們另外兩間房間選擇。但其實其他房間同樣有異味（即使職員使用額外除臭噴霧，仍未能解決問題）。我相信是他們的冷氣系統出現問題。奇怪的是走廊（有另外放置空氣清新機）及酒店大堂並未有異味。 對於一間四星級酒店出現這種異味問題，及職員的不誠懇交代情況，表示非常失望 我不會再入住這間酒店

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it was another pleasant experience. The staff were very nice and friendly throughout our stay. I needed to send our luggage ahead to Kyoto so we wouldn’t have to carry it through crowded stations, and the staff kindly helped arrange the service. Our luggage arrived on time at our hotel in Kyoto, which made the trip much easier. The room was decent and came with basic amenities. The location is also very convenient, about two blocks from Shimbashi Station and the Ginza Line, making it easy to get around using public transportation.
