"Room was small but extremely comfortable. Pajamas were provided as well as basic toiletries. I loved the all white bedding as you always know it’s clean. Bed was too firm for my liking but that’s just personal preference."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, for my first visit to Japan. The staff were excellent, really helpful and reception was well equipped with amenities. The hotel was conveniently located next to the metro station, near lots of restaurants. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel was really quiet enabling a good nights rest after a busy day. I will definitely stay there again."

"Family of 4 with two elementary aged kids- the room had a king size bed and two smaller mattresses at the large window seats that the kids fit perfectly in. Views of Tokyo were incredible! Very modern and comfortable, extremely clean. The staff were attentive and friendly. Do not miss the breakfast buffet- best breakfast buffet we’ve ever had! Location was great- the park close by was a nice mini escape from the hustle and bustle, subway station on the corner, and close to the center of Shinjuku. Hotel gym was top tier. Dining options in the hotel were a major plus!"

"Excellent hotel, incredible view, great location, very clean and a great use of space. Air conditioning worked very well. Did not use laundry facilities, but it was nice to know that they were available (and you can check which machines are in use via the TV, great feature!). Will gladly stay again."
