"I love hotel j-mex. The worst part is to get down the stairs to the property if you have big luggage etc. everything else is perfect. This is a love hotel so you will see people using it for that purpose, and cigarette smell if that bothers you. If not, J-Mex is always my go to when I stay in Japan. The room is huge. The bathroom is the best. 100000/10 we love you j-mex see you next trip"
"A little bit far from JR, but it will be a good digestive walk for your topped off stomach. Check out time is 10 AM, it would be great if it’s 1pm. But they offer free locker after check out. "

10/10 Excellent
"There are combination laundry machine/ dryers on every second level and you can use your mastercard, suica card etc to operate instead of coins. Very handy, and you can watch your laundry wash/dry timer on your tv in your room so you dont have to keep checking on it. There is also vending machines on every other floor with varierty of cold drinks. They give you pyjamas and wabaki (room sandals) to use. Good experience There is a chinese food across the road and kombini stores all around. Quick walk to Shinjuku station and safe area."
"Had a great stay at the Shinjuku Prince Hotel. Vlery convenient, only 2-3 blocks tto the train station. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. There are shops and restaurants in the ssme building. Rooftop restaurant has great views. Located in the Golden Gai area. This area is good for nightlife. The hotel was very nice & clean. The rooms are small as most are in Japan, but functional as I had what I needed. Recommend couples and damilies to upgrade to the larger rooms for walking space. The staff was very nice and polite, most spoke English. The staff even accomodated a very late check out due to a delayed flight and kept my luggage for a few hours while I enjoyed the last few hours of the area. I recommend this hotel and would stay again! Thank you for the great experience."
"Nice hotel. Stayed in twin room which was bigger than expected for a Tokyo hotel. Buns for breakfast was a nice extra. Location was great but beware of Shinjuku constructions which makes it harder to navigate"
"Great location and great facilities, rooms are a little small but that’s expected in Japan. Only downside is the toppers on the beds kept sliding off! Besides that, we had a great stay. "
"Everything was great... only down side is when they do the room cleaning every 3 days (which I love) but the times they get to your room is between 8am to 2pm... it varies day by day (makes sense on how busy they are) but the maids wont clean the room while you are in there (which kinnda sucks)"
