"This is a very nice condo in a good location. The furnishings were as expected. It was unfortunate that the cleaning personnel had left a dirty towel from previous guest hanging on the bathroom door when we arrived. Otherwise it was fairly clean. It was also a minor inconvenience that they were repairing walkways in and out of the unit for our entire stay. But they were doing repairs so that is a plus. We truly appreciated that this unit came with the garage and with all of the beach items you could need to enjoy: snorkeling gear, beach towels, ice chests, wagon, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs. "I have stayed in the Waikoloa Beach area for years, but first time at The Shores. I was very pleased with the unit which had obviously been updated and was nicely decorated. It was appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay and then some. We enjoyed walking the beautiful grounds. Pool is lovely. The beds were comfortable, however the big pillows were very lumpy and difficult to sleep on. The carpet in the guest room could use a good cleaning, and we missed an indoor dining...
