"We stayed here for one night before heading to Waikoloa. The location is great, just steps from the beautiful beach and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and pool was great for the kids. The rooms are ok. You can see they put in some modern touches but overall still looking a bit tired and bathroom was lacking any counter space. The staff were friendly and made checking in/out enjoyable. I’d recommend this hotel for anyone staying short-term but longer and/or with kids, it would get cramped quickly. "

"The room was roomy and comfortable.The hotel is outdated and needs to be remodeled. We came during the 100 year storm so many things were closed. The restaurants in the hotel and nearby are wonderful."

"The condos are in need of a renovation for sure. Each one is decorated differently the room we were given had mold in the bathrooms and lots of termite issues. On the up side the cleaning staff took care of all of it. The front desk was amazing and very helpful. It was definitely nice to have a kitchen when you travel with children. I think we might try another part of the island next time but all in all it’s not a bad deal for your money. "
