"The location was wonderful if you like the center on Kona. Most places were walkable. The area around the hotel was a little scary at night, but good. The staff was very helpful. The only issue was that breakfast was a little chaotic."

World-Class Hospitality Gene and Kriss are, hands down, the finest hosts we have ever encountered. Their hospitality is unmatched; they anticipate every need with genuine warmth and aloha. But they didn't just feel like accommodation hosts to us—over the course of our stay, they truly became friends. Sharing conversations and laughs with them honestly made our trip that much better. They are the heartbeat of this beautiful property. Spectacular Rooms & Stunning Grounds The property itself is an absolute dream. The grounds are meticulously landscaped, lush, and vibrant, perfectly capturing the tropical essence of Kona. Walking through the gardens feels like a peaceful escape. As for the accommodations, the rooms were spectacular—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation. Waking up here and watching the sunset in the evenings was pure magic.
