"We had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Kea Lani and would absolutely return in the future.
Our suite was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The rooms were always clean and well maintained, and the entire property was spotless and clearly very well cared for. The amenities were excellent, and we especially enjoyed spending time at the beach. The water was amazing, clean, and beautiful.
We also really appreciated that the hotel provided chairs and an umbrella for our family each day. That made our beach experience much more relaxing and enjoyable. The only thing we felt was missing was a small bar or restaurant closer to the beach, as it was a bit inconvenient having to walk all the way back up toward the pool area for food and drinks.
Our only other disappointment was on our departure day. We had a late flight and asked whether there was a hospitality room where our family could freshen up for about 30 minutes before heading to the airport. Unfortunately, the hotel was unable to accommodate us and did not offer another option. After staying several days at the resort, we had hoped there might be a little more flexibility or assistance with this request.
Aside from that, everything about our stay was excellent. The property, rooms, amenities, and beach were all fantastic. We had a great family vacation and look forward to coming back in the future."
