"Everything about the resort was very nice and clean. The beds were good and the property restaurants were good. The only bad thing were the elevators. Almost always packed and sometimes you had to wait through 2 cycles to get where you needed to go. We stayed in the Rainbow tower."

"The customer service was excellent! The rooms were clean, however the bathroom in 1436 needs updating! The bathtub was peeling and the area around the top of the shower was also. Breakfast was awesome but I think you need a tent to cover the seating area when it rains!"

"The hotel is an older property but well kept. It is also very close to the beach, shops with restaurants within walking distance. The hotel does have a restaurant down on the main floor close to the pool."

"Our stay was fabulous room was fabulous with a great ocean view. Staff were friendly great location to night life, restaurants and activities. Across from the beach and it had a lively bakery in the morning to grab a bite for breakfast."

"We stayed here prior to doing a cruise which got delayed 3 more days due to a hurricane. The registration desk helped extend our stay and keep the same room, which was excellent. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and also making a lei. The store was great for purchasing needed items. All good!"
