"Pro: We stayed at this resort for 10 nights. The resort is located right across from the beach. It takes less than 1-2 mins to get to the beach. The location is also located near many good restaurants, stores, and activities. The Diamond Head and partial ocean view, which was what I reserved, was the best view ever! The sounds of the ocean was soothing and the Diamond Head view was beautiful and breath-taking every morning. The staff were nice and polite. They keep to themselves for the most part and is available to help when needed. The pool was beautiful and well maintained. There is a bar and restaurant you can order food and drinks from when visiting the pool area. They also have a live band nightly. The overlooked the ocean and street view which was beautiful during sunset and night time. The restaurant, Momosan, was the only restaurant opened during the time we were there on the floor, and their ramen was great. Try their spicy dan dan noodles. It was spicy, but so delicious. Valet was great at scheduling taxis for pick-ups to the airport.
Con: They have resort and parking fees. The self-parking garage can get full at night time, therefore, you either do valet for additional fees or find parking elsewhere. Self-parking is limited due to the hotel using 1 or 2 whole parking floors at the top to store their furniture and any junk you can think of. It looked scary especially at night time. For a 5-star hotel, it was an eyesore and dirty. Hard to reach guest service."
