"Love love love this property. They have thought of everything. Why did I even need to pack anything?Room was excellent. Right on the beach. Staff was always friendly and willing to go out of their way to help. Check in after hours was a breeze. Cool pool area we never used. Parking was always available no matter when we got back and free. Nice convenient area. Food truck courtyard looked interesting but never could find the entrance will definitely stay here again"

"We had a great stay. Only complaint was our room was right by Whalers Village side which was very noisy in the early am. Other than that the amenities were great, people were friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. "

"We had a wonderful time during our stay. We had a King Ocean View room in Nalu building (4) 6th floor. The view was spectacular. Room was exactly like pictured. I didnt think it was dated at all but standard hotel decor. It was as expected. Room was clean and balcony was great. I loved the open air hallways nestled next to Black Rock. We dined at Coral Reef for breakfast (Benedicts!)and dinner (octopus app is so good). Cliff Dive for lunch (Mahi tacos!) and pool apps (chips and salsa)and Mai Tai for drinks (Julep!). Food was great, drinks were good, and prices on par with other area dining options. The nightly entertainment at Cliff Dive never disappointed. Staff are FANTASTIC!! From the valets and front desk, , to bartenders/servers to housekeeping and pool attendants. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The pool was chilly first 2 days, but not terrible (ocean was too), it warmed up rest of stay. I loved floating the lazy river between the two. Jacuzzi is nice!!! Standard size, if even a bit bigger (Ben is lying), fits 10 adults at least, and nestled into rock with waterfall. I loved it. The grounds are very well maintained. Landscaping is gorgeous. The koi pond is neat and well taken care of. The resort cat is so cute. We loved running into her. 🐈❤️ We also enjoyed the fire pit. Very nice in the evening to wind down and have a glass of wine. My only suggestion would be adding a few hammocks around property. 10/10 Will def be back! ❤️🌞"

"Honeymooners first time in Maui, we loved this hotel. In the touristy North-west section of Maui but right on the beach (beautiful sunsets), facility amenities were exactly what we were hoping for. Clean site and rooms, spacious room with full kitchen and living room and a washer/dryer in-unit. Concierge service was excellent at helping us book the tours/events we wanted despite short notice. Could have benefitted from more information about the facility at check-in, did not realize we had beach chairs available to us in the room until our last day and briefly locked out of our room due to a clerical error but minor issues and the latter was addressed timely. Would stay here again! "
