At the reception, the staff was very attentive, and to our surprise, we were invited to a VIP lounge to complete our check-in in a more comfortable and personalized way.
Our room exceeded expectations: it offered a beautiful view of the pool and was thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, from toothbrushes and toothpaste to moisturizing cream. Everything was spotless, and the air conditioning kept the room perfectly comfortable throughout our stay.
The staff, both in the restaurants and around the resort, stood out for their friendliness and professionalism. The dining experience was another highlight, with a wide variety of delicious dishes that made every meal memorable.

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay from beginning to end . The receptionist was very informative with all the amenities we had access to the QR code made it easily accessible which was great. Our room was very spacious and clean, we had a jacuzzi a lounge area,a good size balcony and a king size bed that was extremely comfortable. The entire facility was very clean and well kept every employee was happy to assist us at any time. Pools were very beautiful and clean just 5 mins from the beach. We will definitely be returning whether it is the adults only or with our children on the family side. CATALONIA is highly enjoyable and very satisfying!!!"
