"I loved how close the hotel was to bars and restaurants. The pool was big and had so many loungers. The beach sand was warm and soft. The staff were always friendly."

"The complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. An odd banging noise was heard 24/7 coming from an AC duct. I would recommend this place for the price/value. IT was clean and comfortable"

"Check in was awful very difficult. I sttod there once before 2 years ago nonproblem. The reviews are correct. Reception is rude argumentative and indifferent. You pay for electricity twice. On the app and in person at chek in. Disappointing because i like this place "

"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we had the time of our lives !! There was plenty of dining options and the restaurants were great quality and excellent service. The whole staff was super friendly and always made sure we get everything we wanted ! The shows were amazing and plenty of fun activities to do during the day ! Overall an amazing resort will definitely be coming back ! "

"Beautiful resort. Lovely rooms. Very clean all round. Food options are somewhat limited, but there are very nice options at each restaurant as long as you get the right things.
90% are very nice and attentive. As with all resorts, tips help. We experienced some teething issues with staff, but nothing serious that wasn't apologised for and resolved. The activities are really good and there is enough to do each day. The gym could do with more than one treadmill.
All round we had a great time and would most likely go back one day."
