"This hotel was a perfect choice for my Caribbean getaway. Tropical villa I stayed in was spacious, clean, and offered plenty of privacy. tropical garden surrounding the property was a peaceful oasis full of beautiful plants. pool was one of my favorite places to relax, especially in the afternoon when the sun was warm. "The staff definitely stood out however when i told them they have me the wrong room, i paid for oceanview and they gave me a room that was not oceanview. Three security guards were absolutely amazing! Both day shif and night shift. Front desk staff was great as well. I only wish i would have got the view i paid for. I showed them proof but no manager was called or notified. That's why i have to give a 3 otherwise would have been a 5 for sure. Its Right by the beach and a very good restaurant!...

"The complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. An odd banging noise was heard 24/7 coming from an AC duct. I would recommend this place for the price/value. IT was clean and comfortable"
