I genuinely enjoyed my time at the Faranda 1 hotel. My hotel room was very clean as well as the property in general. The on-site restaurant and bar was a plus as well. The restaurant staff and bartender were consistently friendly and professional. Even though I don't speak Spanish, the staff members did their best to communicate with me and provide great service. The pool was the perfect temperature and I appreciated the variety of seating options around it. The hotel was adult-only, which was a plus and I didn't experience any rowdiness or noise from other guests. My only complaint would have to be about access to the off-site beach club. I did ask about access a few times and was supposed to receive a pass of some sort, but didn't hear back about it. Other than that, I really enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anyone else coming to Punta Cana.

Booked a room here late at night when my flight home was canceled last minute and everything was great. The men who checked us in and showed us to our room were extremely friendly, the servers at the bar were so kind and the food and cocktails were absolutely delicious. The rooms are absolutely stunning as well! I wish I could have stayed longer.

The staff here is very friendly. We were able to book last minute after we needed emergency accommodations due to a storm in our hometown. It is simple, but clean and the staff is very accommodating. This hotel is gorgeous! We needed to stay close to the airport after our original flight was canceled. The rooms were huge, really clean and just beautifully designed. The food and cocktails were the BEST we had our entire trip and the staff was just incredible. We had been in the Dominican for nearly a week at a different property that was supposed to be a 5 star resort but it had not been a great experience so this was such a refreshing change. We would 100% recommend and come back to stay here.
