Room is clean, amenities are great, shows were impressive, esp the Michael Jackson show. Staff are mostly helpful and friendly except the lady at teen club. That lady was very rude and snappy to my children, absolutely a big contrast with the rest of the staff. Not our best experience.

Lopesan 5 stars!!!! Everything and everyone was amazing. Our Butler Oliver was amazing told him we like late dinner's because im notorious for not making it to early dinners on vavaction lets just say we did not miss a dinner. This property is beautiful and clean. Alot of times when you travel to hot countries there can be a damp smell. That was not the case here not even the days it rained. There is so many food options and all always fresh.

Best food we’ve had at an all inclusive. Staff was amazing - especially our butler Victor. We’ve been here 3x and very happy each time. The unique experience is very worth it for the beach restaurant, towels, beach chairs, and generally elevated service.

Lopesan is a great resort. We went with my parents (in their 80’s) and they loved it found the resort easy to navigate. Typically my wife and I book adults only resorts, so for us it was worth the Unique Club as we had our Butler Isaury who was so personable and helpful with all of our needs. We also appreciated having our own unique beach area, bar and dining area away from the larger crowds, but still having access to the entirety of the resort. We will def be returning with the whole family our kids & grandkids! This is a perfect multi generational property that has something for all ages.

Fantastic stay at Lopesan Costa Bavaro. The Unique club was completely worth it- the unique beach club restaurant as an option for breakfast and lunch was excellent- food selection was great! The Unique dinners select days of the week were some of the best meals we had. The Unique beach was clean, ample chairs, and having our own towels and pool options were appreciated. The Butler team did an amazing job ensuring we had anything we needed, and were valuable additions to Unique. Loved our stay and will definitely be back!

The staff especially Jose Luis Santana was great! He handled everything for us while we were there. The staff at the unique club was great as well. Overall the place is beautiful but the food could use some help. Had horrible meals at the steak house but the Mexican and Italian restaurants were good. The French restaurant was ok doesn’t deserve the hype it gets. The resort has many pools so you can always find a chair. The unique areas are nice especially on the beach. Would like it if they could keep the excursion people away a little better, after about the 20th time of telling them no, i dont want to go on a boat, it got old fast. Overall the rooms were good, staff great, resort grounds beautiful, food ok

We stayed with some family over March break and had a great time. The resort itself is spectacular. As you arrive you are greeted by friendly staff and enter a beautiful lobby that rivals world wide luxury hotels. We booked the unique club and it was well worth the little extra that we paid. We had a private check in area, a private beach area, a private lunch and breakfast area. We also had a private pool though it was a ways away from the beach and main pool we only really used it once. We also had butler service and our friend Ronald was excellent. He was very attentive, checked in with us every morning and throughout the day and was always able to find restaurant availability for us which wasn’t always easy for 6 people in a resort that was maxed out. We called or messaged him whenever we needed anything and he always delivered. The location of the resort is excellent and the beach was amazing. Clean, wide and long, we were able to walk for almost 30 min either way without any issues. The rooms were huge and clean and the ac worked a little too well. The Unique guests are treated with some rum and snacks upon check. Overall the resort was excellent and is so well laid out including the massive boulevard where you can find a sports bar, casino, club, a massive gym, English pub and theatre that despite being fully booked you never felt crammed. In fact we were often left asking where all the people were because it never felt crowded.

I highly recommend the unique experience, which includes a butler service during you stay. Our butler, Oliver, went above and beyond. He helped me navigate food allergy issues, made our dining and spa reservations, and even went to the local store to get me a brush, that I failed to pack.

Pros: 1. Beautiful resort, lots of pools and restaurants were nicely decorated and laid out. 2. Customer service was great. The workers were very nice and accommodating. Cons: 1. This might be a personal preference since we're not late night people but the resort was really loud. Bumping music from the clubs at 10:30pm that kept us from sleeping. A fireworks show right by our window at 11pm. Seriously? Can we not do fireworks at 9:30? 2. Food was just ok. We had a few good meals and a bunch of average to below average ones. They are feeding a bunch of people and it tasted like it most of the time. We would return to Punta Cana, this was our first time, but we wouldn't stay at this resort again. Just too loud all the time especially at night and the food wasn't special.

Room large and spacious. Room was clean. House keeping great job. Traveled with toodler they had sofa bed set up with toddler blanket. Beach clean, had good beach service for drinks. Unique butler was not worth the service only saw him once and mostly connected via what’s app for dinner reservations and restocking of food. Honestly, something you can do yourself via easy phone call. Bid dislike area of the room was super load. Resort its self had weddings every other day which included fireworks on the beach. This was nice because everyone can see but not at almost 11 pm when your child is sleeping.
