"The room was wonderful. We were upgraded to a suite and had so much space. The drinks were great and the food was better than I anticipated after reading some of the other reviews. Service was good too. I felt like everyone really put in the effort. My only ick was the timeshare guys set up by the coffee shop. They did take no, but I still had to explain myself, which is exhausting first thing in the morning when I just want coffee."

"The staff was very nice. The rooms were also very nice. Most of the food was very good. There were a lot of options of where to hang out. They did a great job of cleaning the beach every morning. We stayed in a swim out room facing the pool and it was great. Only real complaint is the pools are not heated and were quite cold."

"We had 2 rooms- the one-bed room was great. The 3 room suite smelled musty. They ended up moving us to a different room and it was much better. The service was great- they try their best to make your stay good. Food and bars were good. The beach does not have a great swimming area but the beach itself is nice. We did not leave the resort or buy any trips although there are plenty of people that want to sell you trips."

"Clean and spacious room. Fantastic staff. Fantastic food. Stevens Gorgue was amazing! Just fantastic in all areas. Patient, helpful, cared about my well being. Also Rose D from reception was amazing! These two are a great access to your team. They went out of the way for me and my disable daughter Crystal."
