"The property is in a very unsafe area. It’s actually in the hood. The cabin a very small room, not one bedroom as advertised. There is a public pool and BBQ grill for the whole property. Don’t be fooled by the pictures showing a private pool right behind the cabin. I only rated this property more than a 1 only because of the owner William who is a very kind man and apologized for the misrepresentation of the property… Other than that, that property is a 1 or lower and I barely post a review, but...

"Very welcoming. They helped us with our luggage and were very helpful throughout our entire stay. Check in was easy. The resort is beautiful. Rooms were espectacular. The only complaint was that it was very difficult to reserve a spot at any of their a la carte restaurants. We were there for five days and were only able to reserve one restaurant and we looked immediately upon arrival. "

"My stay at Melia was incredible. From the food options, to cleanliness, the beautiful view and the concierge service. I had no complaints about the trip. Jose, Juan and Zully took excellent care of me for the whole trip and made sure I had all the info and accommodations I needed every single day. The housekeeping team was also excellent and Aracelis made sure the room was taken care of everyday. I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway.
