The staff was great and helpful. Our first room’s power went out but the staff was very accommodating in getting us into another one. This place is best if you plan on drinking all inclusive was worth it. They also had nice beach access and plenty of pool space.

Bakour Resort is excellent, starting with the front desk, Nairoby, our concierge, who provided us with a wonderful vacation. The staff is amazing. Resort is small has 1 buffet and 1 restaurant that rotates themes If your looking for a quite stay with minimal details and not looking for onsite entertainment this is a good place We were only caught off guard that we booked all inclusive and when we got there was told our package didnt include all inclusive and had to pay an additional fee

Bar not well stocked and all inclusive alcohol seemed very watered down. 50 percent of staff did bare minimum for service and didnt care if guests were happy but performed duties that were asked of them.

Wonderful Property Waterfront with Excellent Customer Service, Delicious Buffett for Dinner and Breakfast with Bar and Barista Service all included in your reservation!!! Wonderful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Suites with Full kitchen and Big Living Room!!! Magnificent Terrace overlooking the pool !!!
