"The staff were so friendly, almost every single staff person was helpful & kind. We especially loved Emil @ Bloved Bar & the ladies in the piano bar. We never had to wait long for a drink. The pools were great, but guests stake out the loungers before the sun comes up. There is always room on the beach. Beautiful warm beach with soft sand & warm shallow water."

"Everything was great, staff was very friendly, great customer service, the hotel is always clean, they were always making sure that everything was okay, also the staff celebrated my birthday , but the only thing we weren't happy was that they didn't have our room ready , so they moved us to a different room and location.We were disappointed because the room had two bed instead of just one.
