"We just returned after spending amazing week. The hotel overall was phenomenal. There were no bugs, rooms were consistently cleaned thoroughly, the pool along with the beach was spotless. The food was amazing and diverse, we stayed for a week and everyday the buffet served something wonderful. The restraints also served great food; however portions were a little small. The staff were so kind, hardworking, and welcoming. The shows were entertaining including the pool activities was amazing Overall highly recommend, excellent choice for vacation."

"This was our second time coming to Haven Riviera but our first time using serenity club options and we absolutely loved it. The extra dining and private pool was amazing. The service provided by our butler Gabriel and our servers Luis and Samuel were outstanding. They took time to make connections and anticipate our needs. We couldn’t have been happier! Loved how close to the airport as well. Thanks to everyone for providing a much needed and relaxing vacation for me and my husband!"

"This was an amazing family trip, the check in process could have been a little faster because they do take time to check you in. Also one of the staff ladies in the breakfast buffet was rude to people that didnt speak English and she closed early . I do also feel that they can re inforce not feeding the wildlife and more strict in non smoking areas. Drinks are available but no apple juice at all. The hacienda wait time to get our food was over 40 mins. "
