Negatives for me were all bar stools have no high backs and n lounges were a bit uncomfortable and the monkeys we thought we would see around the resort were caged up nothing loose around the resort. Also the sports bar was closed during our stay however the beach and food made our stay worthwhile

The property was great. The was where we spent most of our time, but the beach was great too. Just a little rough for us old folks. Only complaint is more outlets in the rooms. The staff was fabulous. I understand it will be going through a remodel this spring. I hope they are able to retain the staff because they were the best.

Major things going for this property; great beach, good food, reasonable rooms (though they're all the same no matter what level you purchase.... it's location on the property you're paying more for), reasonably friendly service staff. A major mark against this property is the front desk and concierge's level of service. Uncommunicative, deeply bothersome with endless calls to our room trying to get us to participate in their time share thing, and then they lied to my sister about what was and wasn't included in the Star Prestige thing she upgraded to. And we know they lied because what they said wasn't included (sun hat, flip flops, robe etc) WAS sent to my Mum who was also Star Prestige. She also had to follow up on a bottle of bubbly that she'd ordered to her room FOUR times... It arrived her LAST day of a 7 day trip. This was our second time here and the front desk/concierge was noticeably degraded in their service. Major red flag for the price of this property.

I really liked the layout of the resort. Walking on the boardwalks through the jungle to the pool was a beautiful journey to take every day. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again and recommend it to others!

This place is amazing. Great food with a large variety. Animals everywhere! Staff is super accommodating and welcoming. I wish there was a swim up bar is their ginormous pool but there is an adults only pool with one and it's very nice.

Food was very good , great Buffet…comfortable bed and room. Best was the nature around and the wild life … sooo amazing …. I recommend this hotel for families , entertainment could be better but it was nice . Overall a very good place, the water at the beach was horrible , due to seweed , but the hotel is not responsable for that is nature .. they did kept the beaches super clean .
