"전반적으로 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 장점 :방 크기가 일반적인 영국 호텔 보다 훨씬 크다. 역에서 아주 가깝고, 주변에 식당 들이 이용하기에 편리합니다. 자연사 박물관, 빅토리아 앨버트 박물관 등에 방문한다면 걸어서 쉽게 갈수 있어 좋았습니다. 단점 : 호텔이 오래되서 좀 낡은 감이 많이 듭니다. 서비스가 조끔 부족하다는 느낌입니다. "
