Best thing about the hotel is location. Next to the London Eye and River Thames, great for strolls and entertainment. Close to 2 train stations, travelling was a breeze. A small convenience shop right outside, super great! Staff is sufficienly helpful. Breakfast is only English breakfast. Rooms are clean. Minimum basic toiletries provided. We had both our rooms that have absolutely zero view, it faces directly into an opaque glass wall to the inner atrium, can feel very claustrophobic at times.
