Terrible, stressful check-in, lies, misrepresentation, trying to force me into a hobbit room in the basement, overall terrible. Finally managed to get put into the room. I should’ve had to begin with, but this was after sitting around in the lobby, being ignored being treated poorly and challenged by the staff because I wouldn’t accept the hobbit rooms.
