Will stay at this hotel next time I visit London. Easy for train, shopping and staff is most helpful. I did not dine at the hotel as I was on business and had other options. Property was clean, room was spotless and bed was comfortable.

The rooms are in dire need of renovation and the walls are so thin you can hear the conversations in the next room. It’s a wonderful location and the breakfast was decent so if are you looking to save some money versus some of the higher end properties in the neighborhood you may want to take your chance.

Nice location

Room was a bit dated. But comfortable. Breakfast was a riot, not enough tables and food was not replenished quickly. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, and in a fantastic location.

Abdul at bell service was terrible. He brought our luggage to the Sloane street entrance because he did not want to take it down the steps on the other side of the hotel. Sloane street is a busy street, with lots of traffic. The taxi could not stand for too long and he refused to help unload the luggage off the trolley.

Great hotel great location!

This is a great location to get to all the tourist sights. Hotel staff was very friendly and informative. Room was nice size with adequate amenities. Hotel was recommended by a friend and very happy. Thank you from a first time visitor to the UK.
