This is a great hotel and most similar to a US hotel. There are other properties nearby that I prefer for long stays, but this is a great location for a a 1-4 night stay. The tube is very close and there are plenty of dining options. My family really enjoyed the opportunity to take tea in the afternoon.

This was my second time staying here. The breakfast buffet is very good. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The hotel is located near an underground station. There are many good restaurants around the area. I will probably stay here again if I go to London again.

My room , carpet, had a wet smell. I stayed out all day so it really didn’t bother me too much, although I expect better. Check in desk agents were all very friendly. Otto and Daniel ( concierge and doorman) were outstanding. All in all, a great place to stay. Very well located. I will return.

Excellent property! Minutes from Gloucester Road tube station and The London Big Bus picks up there as well. Stayed September 3-7. Spacious rooms, ours had 2 queen beds, chair and work table, easy chair, large bathroom with a hood shower. Beds and pillows very comfortable. The hotel is very small with a minimal lobby. Not really a 4 stars hotel, maybe 3 stars. The location is excellent, only a few steps aways from the tube (metro), which made it an excellent choice for us. The room was old and nothing to brag about, but overall it was not a bad experience.
