"the highlight was the location central to all central london adventures including covent garden and transit , the other was the staff and willingness to assist and support be it any issues with room or finding best local restuarant or transit route always done with a smile
the hotel itself is quirky but wonderful and the Henri restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed several breakfasts"
