"the highlight was the location central to all central london adventures including covent garden and transit , the other was the staff and willingness to assist and support be it any issues with room or finding best local restuarant or transit route always done with a smile the hotel itself is quirky but wonderful and the Henri restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed several breakfasts"

"The room was very small but it had everything I needed except a magnifying mirror. The breakfast was very good and fresh and there was a nice coffee machine for latte, cappuccino, or whatever suited you. It was very convenience to Paddington station and several good restaurants."
