"There was 6 of us travelling, two older teens and finding a comfortable room for all of us has always been a struggle. Especially during spring break and where prices are already super inflated! We stayed in the suite and it completely surpassed our expectations! Lots of room, two bathrooms and a little kitchen area,it was like the older boys had their own apartment within our apartment! The grounds are clean and the pool area is great! The area is very safe and walkable with great markets, supermarkets and places to grab food. Just be careful where you step especially in the dark as the sidewalks have lots of holes in them at times. Also super close to bus station if your planning to do other trips. Staff is helpful, there is free shuttle to the best beach in the hotel zone and the shuttle they can arrange to the airport is reasonable also. We would definitely stay here again!"

"I am very discouraged use this service, I had tried many times and you or the airlines give you a price but finally , the end is you end that buying higher price trip for what you was told as a hook that has no ending prices . Finally I did it but am not happy about this manipulation of the online system . But I I do not know the details in the rear end of the online systems, I see only the front of my intelligent devise "

"Small quaint hotel. Needs the pool repaired. No airport shuttle, i reached out but no response back from them and the phone number given on the site is not correct. Breakfast that is included is sparse but you can purchase other items. The rooms do not have a fridge, it would be nice"

"Breakfast very good. Staff excellent. Building is old but okay. Only complaint: they could maintain the outside cleanliness better, but hey, this is real Cancun, not the hotel zone. In comparison to the general neighborhood it’s much better."

"Super clean, quiet spot. Walkable to everything. Fernando, the owner, is amazing! He was quick with communication and we felt safe and welcomed. Very comfortable beds. The kitchenette was stoked with everything needed to cook our own meals. We enjoyed being here so much, we booked two more nights. Highly recommend this spot. It's in walking distance to Mercado 28, restaurants, and shops. Thank you Fernando! We will be recommending your beautiful home to everyone we know. "

"I would not recommend this hotel at all. The bed sheets are rags in pieces, the towels seems like trash, the window of the shower and restroom was broken, allowing people from outside to peek inside, real terrible conditions, I had to get away and book another room as we were not feeling safe no more. DON’T GO THROUGH THE HELL AND NIGHTMARE WE WENT TROUGH, JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE."
