"The room wasn’t what i expected. "

"This was excellent value for Tulum. It’s listed as 5-star on Expedia, but I’d say it’s a very good 4-star stay and I would definitely rebook next time I’m in Tulum. Arrival was easy – an InDrive from the main strip cost around 100 MXN. The road in is a little rocky, but manageable. Check-in was quick with a coded entry system, though I was still personally greeted on arrival, which was a lovely touch. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I slept incredibly well every night. There’s a small but useful fridge, a safe, a good kitchen and reliable WiFi. Water pressure and temperature were both very good. Phone signal in the area is poor, but that isn’t the property’s fault. A real highlight was having a private pool on the balcony, plus there is also a rooftop communal pool with large loungers and day beds. Gerardo was fantastic throughout – friendly, responsive and always happy to help on WhatsApp. Cleaning and fresh towels can be arranged easily and I was also allowed a late check-out. Only minor improvements: there was a little rust/limescale in the bathroom, the towels could be replaced and body lotion alongside the otherwise premium toiletries would make it feel even closer to 5-star!"

"The room was great. Cleand and spacious. The trampoline was a huge hit with the kids. Communication with the hist was grewt. He was always ready to help. The only negative was the pool area and the pool. The pool tiles turned my kids swim suits green and the deck was under renovation which we didnt know at the time of booking so the area was not really safe for kids. We only used it 2 times in the 2 week time spent at the property."

"I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the grounds were very clean and very well upkept. The swimming pool is one of the biggest I’ve seen and very nice to relax by. The room was also very nice with the small indoor plunge pool."

"Great efficient place. Clean, great conditions, lots of pools. Rooftop pool s terrific although the pools are very shallow here. Front desk staff were super wonderful and helpful. Loved the location with lots of nearby restaurants, bars and other amenities. Seemed very safe to me. Rented a scooter across the street. Pools on ground floor are long and narrow. Not private but it f you are social they are great. "

"Out over all stay was good.. the only thing i got to say is that we got bit up alot in bed, due to ants crawling everywhere. Also i was so excited to use the balcony hot tub but it was really dirty like super dirty & it had an awful smell coming out of it. Other than that the stay was good, the neighborhood we adored & the people around was super nice & friendly. The scenery was so beautiful! "
