"The place was not compare to other places I’ve stayed in at Cancun. Staff wasn’t very helpful, Infact in some cases rude. Food wasn’t that good. However the wings outside were good. The a/c I do have to say in the room was great also. Not once did they approach us to ask if there’s anything they can do. No entertainment other than an old couple playing music. No water activity’s. Two beers in the refrigerator For the whole stay?"

"Room was big and modern, cleaned daily. Restaurants were amazing and not hard to get in to without a reservation. Enjoyed the pool with the swim up bar, the bartender Eduardo was amazing and remember our whole family’s drinks after the first day! Great experience!"

"The room was very clean. We had to request additional towels and they brought them up very quickly. The entertainment staff is amazing. Always making everyone feel included. They would remember you and when they saw you around the resort would always say hello. The restaurants were all very good, the only down part is that you need reservations to every single one. If you didn’t get up early in the morning to reserve you were eating very late. The buffet and outdoor grill didn’t need reservations. However, we disliked the buffet. We tried it twice and both times the food was cold and not much variety. The grill restaurant is very good, I recommend that for lunch. Drinks were also good. For the most part all staff was friendly. I noticed the grill guys were in a bad mood most of the time. It seemed like any question they were asked was a bother to them. We tried to understand and blamed it on the heat but it would be nice if they would be more friendly."

"things i really liked, the food, the drinks, how fast it is to reach the beach & pool you can navigate around the resort pretty quick. the resort was really clean & smelled really good. things that i did not like, when i was hanging out in my balcony it seemed that i was surrounded by chain smokers. this is a smoke free room resort Iberostar needs to do a better job at policing these nasty chain smokers from smoking in the rooms/balconies there was a little bit too much pressure from the concierge on joining the "club Iberostar" seminars for free services. was a little too much stress, i could like not to be bugged when onvacation."
