"The property is amazing, the food was terrific . My husband and I got massages and our therapist were amazing . I would definitely go back . The beach did have a lot of seaweed when we were there but the pools were just as fun. Drinks were all so good! Ask for a amaretto sour , or an Alfonso 13, and thank me later!"

"our stay at the mondrian was my birthday getaway so i was very excited to celebrate in cancun. the staff was friendly & welcoming. the hotel is well maintained & clean. it is a gated community w/ security so we felt extremely safe. the shows at night were entertaining. breakfast was great. i wish there was a bit variety when it comes to the lunch menu since it was the same food served daily. dinner was a bit of a let down. when we booked, there were 4 restaurants advertised & when we got there, there was only 2 (japanese & mediterranean). for my actual bday we ended up going off the resort to celebrate bc we only had 2 cuisine options. we don’t eat mediterranean so most of our nights were spent at nikos, which thankfully the food was delicious. the temperature of the room was also a little issue as the lowest the ac would go was 70 and overall the room felt rather hot. the beach shuttle also runs every 30 min which is a long wait in my opinion for a car ride that is only 5-7 min away. i think the shuttle should run more often. overall we had a lovely & quiet stay"

"When we got to Hotel Estefany created us and she was great she made my wife and I feel welcome like if we had been there before but this was our fists time there. She knows everything about the hotel she took us on a tour before we even got our room she will be one of the reasons we will be back here if anyone goes to this resort they should aske for Estefany as she will make it feel like you have there before. She also answered all our questions we had she helped us book dinner reservation and even a sail bout ride on the lagoon that's included with the resort. Thank you Estefany for all your help hope we can see you next year. 10 stars for Estefany VIP"
