"This hotel was very nice! They offer a self check in option where you can skip the long lines (which I did) and it was seamless. I have to say that this hotel is especially nice! They have multiple restaurants, a bowling alley, and 2 huge gyms. They literally have taxis that come through the hotel almost every 5 minutes so that will never be an issue. They have a 7/11 attached to the hotel which is 24 hours. Literally have no bad things to say about this resort and would definitely stay again!"

Unfortunately, we departed too early to try the breakfast, but it looked amazing and we were tempted by the delicious options. We're not sure why this hotel has a low star rating, but we found it to be a clean and charming boutique hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Bilbao's old town, making it easy to explore the city's historic streets and landmarks. The hotel's staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and stylishly decorated. We would definitely recommend the Goyen Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a unique and convenient place to stay in Bilbao. Don't let the low star rating put you off – this hotel is a hidden gem!"

"Excellent and affordable choice near Tokyo Dome. Easy access to trains. Only negative is it is a bit far from areas like Shibuya, Ginza, Harajuku but still a great choice and easy to get to those places by train. "

"The location is terrific. Next to the stations. A lot of dinning & shopping options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Although you can tell the rooms are a little bit of old compared to some other hotels around here, but they do keep the them nice and clean."
