They made our stay so special. It was honestly the highlight stay of our trip. The hotel was so beautiful and the rooms were very clean and had a beautiful view. The staff were absolutely wonderful and kind. The breakfast within the hotel was phenomenal!! Big thanks to the Chefs whom cooked such wonderful meals. "The Grandbell Hotel Shinjuku is a good, safe, and modern hotel, but it sits right on the edge of Kabukichō, which is Japan’s largest nightlife entertainment district. It’s a mix of tourists, bars, neon lights, nightclubs, promoters, hostesses, and love hotels. It’s not unsafe, but it definitely has a nighttime atmosphere that feels very different from the rest of Tokyo. Despite how Kabukichō looks: • There is no violence • There is no crime targeting tourists • No one is going to bother you • There is no physical danger walking at night • Police patrol the area constantly It is not a dangerous neighborhood. The Grandbell is located in a kind of “middle zone”: • About 3–5 minutes from the quiet Shinjuku Gyoen side • About 3–5 minutes from the brighter, busier Kabukichō area You will not see explicit behavior, harassment, danger, or anything aggressive. Japan is extremely strict about public conduct."

"Fantastic stay with family - 2 adults and a young child. The room (Premier Grand Suite twin) was spacious, very clean and comfortable with an amazing view over the city. It was very well sound proofed, as we were not disturbed by any external noise and the air conditioning was also quiet. Very good facilities and a nice shower and bath. Lovely food available via room service and in the restaurants. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located for sightseeing and close to train and tube stations. The breakfast was also very tasty with lots of options for different kinds of food. We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it. If we are lucky enough to return to Tokyo in the future, we will certainly stay here again. "
