"I love hotel j-mex. The worst part is to get down the stairs to the property if you have big luggage etc. everything else is perfect. This is a love hotel so you will see people using it for that purpose, and cigarette smell if that bothers you. If not, J-Mex is always my go to when I stay in Japan. The room is huge. The bathroom is the best. 100000/10 we love you j-mex see you next trip"

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality that truly sets this hotel apart. The modern and stylish decor creates a welcoming ambiance, and my room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.
The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Shinjuku and within walking distance to various attractions, shops, and restaurants. I especially loved the vibrant nightlife and numerous dining options nearby!

"We only stayed for the final night of a two week trio backpacking. The hotel is well located and staff was helpful. Breakfast was decent (mix of continental and Japanese). Only hiccup was that we noticed a used slipper under the bed. Overall it met our expectations."
"Small but functional room, perfect for 2 people. Very clean and its convenient when it comes to subway transportation. Have also a 7 eleven store near the hotel good for grabbing some night snacks or breakfast. Our stay here is wonderful. Staff speaks English. "
"Very busy hotel, but run efficiently!! Rooms are dated. But within walking distance to the Tokyo Dome where we saw a fun baseball game!
I’d stay there again"
"This fantastic hotel provides exceptional service and a friendly staff. The full buffet breakfast is an excellent way to begin your day. We also particularly enjoyed the tea time and the tranquil outside areas on the terrace and the third floor.
Additionally, there is a currency exchange machine and laundry machines are available."
