"We booked for a group of 8 adults and a toddler for 3 nights. It was a nice change from tiny hotel rooms! Each floor has its own bathroom, kitchen, king bed, sofas, and Japanese style sleeping mats. Each floor also has a washer/dryer and projector screen. Very spacious! It was also very clean, including the outdoor spaces. Check in and check out were a breeze. The quiet location was great. "This property is alright, if you are on a short stay. If you are staying for 3 or more days, I do not suggest as this is an unmanned property. I only got to know after booking was confirmed! "The property was immaculate and the hotel staff were all amazing. We initially booked a room with 2 regular twin beds and 2 futon sleep on the floor type of beds for the kids. The futons were a little hard so they transferred us to a room with four individual beds. Regular television was limited to all Japanese channels only a couple in English, but it was random when they were in English. Location was perfect for a family. attached to a mall with hundreds of restaurants and stores. Lots of activities to do for kids. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Tokyo."
