"The property is beautiful, serene and romantic. We initially had issues with our room not cooling but the front desk made every effort to accommodate us by allowing us to view other rooms to switch to and even upgrading our room. They were very attentive and checked on us frequently. We loved our stay and will most certainly be back. "
