The rooms and grounds were gorgeous, and I truly enjoyed the overall experience. If I had one small piece of feedback, I’d recommend choosing the restaurants over the buffet — the restaurant food was definitely better in quality and flavor. Other than that, everything about my stay was wonderful, and I’d absolutely come back and recommend it to others. "

"The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. Our rooms were incredible with Súper comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and beautifully decorated. The pools were gorgeous and clean and the gym well equipped. The staff were all so lovely and helpful. Alvero in the bar/restaurant was especially wonderful and made our stay really special. It was my birthday and they presented us with wine, fruit and cake. Really kind. "

"I had the most relaxing stay at IKAL. i booked a trip to celebrate my birthday month. The hotel concierge was super helpful in booking my private airport pick up and drop off. Everything was super smooth. I booked the maya plunge and it was stunning. The room and property were well kept. The food was delicious and staff super friendly. The wellness programs were included with my stay and were super therepeutic. I booked a private tour to visit the ruins, cenote and ven a la luz. The hotel arranged a private tour guide Nelson who was amazing. Words can't describe how beautiful this sanctuary is. So close to the ruins and surrounded by the sea and jungle. I will surely be back again!!! Mucho gracias Ikal!!! "
