"This is our 4th and best time at Dreams Tulum. The preferred club was well worth every penny. Manuel was incredible from the check in where we were whisked into a private lounge where we could eat and drink while checking in, no waiting. We wanted a quieter room and were able to move even thought the hotel was sold out, thank you Manuel and Victoria. Everything stood out, but Geyslor at the beach preferred club is very special, personable, warm and professional. We got a bed on the beach one of the days and enjoyed relaxing and being taken care of by staff. Even though the club was sold out there was no waiting, enough chairs and didn't feel crowded at pools or beach. I had teenagers with me and they enjoyed their time as much as we did. Also visited a couple cenotes and Tulum city which is 15 minutes away. Enjoy!"

"La habitación muy confortante, lo único que recomendaría sería un microondas, fuera de eso, estuvo muy tranquilo. Los cenotes espectaculares, muy lindos, incluyendo a los guías que fueron muy amables. Como recomendación diría lo de los restaurantes que cierran muy temprano, deberían dedicar uno al hotel que cierre un poco más trade. "

"The entire experience was great. The room was spotless, the view was beautiful, and the outdoor space in the penthouse room, including the plunge pool, was amazing. The area was so peaceful, and having access to the paddle boards and the kayaks was such a plus. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance as well"
