"The hotel and its rooms are great, very brightly lit and clean rooms. The hotel has only one restaurant and a bar. Beware the restaurant requires reservations for dinner and should be made in advance or else risk not able to eat there. But don’t fret-just walk across the street and there are plenty of restaurants to try out. The only complaint that I have about this hotel are the lifts or lack thereof. The two that were operational were constantly crowded and several times we had to wait for over 10 minutes to get down. We talked to the other guests who were waiting with us and they had similar issues. So we were not the only ones impacted. Other than that we liked the hotel very much. "

"Breakfast is disappointing. Choice of food is very basic. Mostly pastries and Indian food? We only enjoyed the watermelon. Other than that, the hotel is super noisy from 9am to 6pm. The drilling noise is giving us so much headache. Totally can’t rest in the room. This property shouldn’t be rented out with such renovation and noise going on. And there’s no highlight in Expedia app about this property having major renovations. "

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. The condition of the rooms is excellent, they are very clean and well equipped. The location of the hotel according to my preferences is perfect, it is connected to a shopping mall where there is a large selection of restaurants, great places for breakfast, lunch and dinner, whatever you choose. There is an excellent restaurant in the lobby of the hotel itself. The hotel is not in a noisy area, and it offers a beautiful view of Marina Bay. There are several very interesting places within walking distance - the Gardens by the Bay, several museums, Matina Bay Sands and Promenade, Clarks Key, and Orchard Street is not far away either.
