There was a dead and flatten baby cockcroach in between the bed sheet and the quilt. One of the reading lights above the bed was not working the day I checked into the room. The toilet floor has faint stain on the floor in front of the toilet seat. No shaver was provided even though the hotel is considered to be 4 star. You expect the guest to use electric shaver and not all guests use electric shaver. The remote control for the TV in room couldn't be used to turn on the TV. The remote control is either not responsive or too complex to use. Being a 4 star hotel guest expect to have a coffee machine rather than the cheap coffee sachets.

Lovely hotel with tastefully decorated rooms that are a good size and are in immaculate condition. Great location to explore Singapore with MRT station close by. Stayed here twice and was very happy with my choice on both occasions. Would definitely recommend.
