The Yotel amazed us with great amenities, futuristic design, the robot was an eye opener for us. The staff were always pleasant, helpful and very courteous. Service was always with a smile. This hotel is a joke. The room was so small that we could not open our suitcases. The view from the window was available from the toilet. Though the hotel staff wad courteous, our three night stay was more lile a torture, not relaxation.

Excellent hotel. Clean, well maintained, modern rooms with lovely views. Staff were polite, had smiles on their faces and were accommodating. Stone’s throw away from Ion Orchard, so food and shopping very easy to get to. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

I think it's a very good value hotel, convenient to travel because it's close.MRT NS&CC line. You can easily travel to tourist attractions, the room is clean, the staff is helpful, and it is near Orchard Road, making shopping easy.
