The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dining service is great. The hotel is next to subway which is convenient to reach to all places within the City. Decor is nice and artistic. I would like to come back again in the next trip.

The hotel was very clean and the housekeeping was outstanding! Checking in was a breeze by the most professional staff on duty. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The food was out of this world good.

Even though I paid for an upgrade the room was still really small. Breakfast was average and a bit pricey for what you get. On a positive the location was very good. Close to the MRT and walking distance to Orchard Road.
