In general I have been staying in Shangri-La since 1991. The hotel chain throughout Asia has been wonderful. However in particular the Singapore Shangri-La has taken a turn after the pandemic towards a staycation environment. It has too many children for business travelers. So if you are a business traveller, you need to know that. The housekeeping was great. The staff are great. Only the noise and the load of families don’t mix too much with business travelers.
