We had an especially brutal flight in from our previous destination that arrived at 1am. When we finally arrived at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were kind enough to upgrade us to a larger room, which was a much appreciated way to start our stay. The room itself was very spacious, clean, and stylish. The bathroom was HUGE with giant floor to ceiling windows that I only hope are fully tinted for privacy lol. The included minibar was also a nice touch, with drinks/snacks replenished daily. The bed was large with a firm and comfy mattress and great pillows. The location is fantastic, only a 5-10 min walk to Dhoby Ghaut station, and a similar walk to all the shops of Orchard Road. While located on a main road, our room was still quiet and the street noise was never an issue.

Location was excellent & close to public transport & to dining as well as shopping. Only downside is the bathroom sink is not well designed and water went everywhere each time we used it.

I was excited to try this Citadines location in Singapore. The location was great and the pool was nice, otherwise meh. Facing directly into another hotel's room window. Room was tiny. "Free" mini bar was two salty snacks I couldn't eat because of allergens and diet pop. Nothing special. Lots of water provided. In three days they didn't replenish my tea selection. It was a clean room and the bed was very comfortable. Location is by a mrt station and a nice mall with a grocery store. I know I could have had more space for a similar price. I'm not sure I would stay again. Thank goodness I wasn't with my husband it would have been very tight.

Citadines Connect City Centre is very conveniently located within 5 minutes walk to Dhoby Ghaut Station. It was quiet and the facilities of this hotel was quite new. The room was small but it was comfortable and cozy. The staff was quick to resolve any issues during the stay and they were all very courteous. I would certainly stay at this hotel again if I come to Singapore.
