"Perfect for a solo trip. Yes the here rooms are small but it's Japan. If solo, perfectly fine. If staying with others, get a larger room. In terms of cleanliness, it was spotless. They'll clean the room as often as you want but default to every other day. There's a fridge that definitely gets cold (my pop froze when I had it at the highest setting). Communal microwave in lobby. Convenience stores nearby. Lots of restaurants (even away from the hotel/foreigner strip). Very accessible and walkable. Very very good for the price if about $150-200 a night. "

"The rooms were nicely sized, and the shower water pressure was divine. The only complaint was the pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. The staff was top notch, everything smelled great, breakfast was delicious…best stay in Tokyo yet!"
