"Convenient location in Roppongi Hills area. Train station was very close. Rooms were a bit tight and small but had everything one needed. I bit noisy on our floor during the night but not sure as to why. Sheets make a funny noise when moving in bed. Walking distance to team lab borderless"
"I had an excellent stay here! The area was quieter, but still had plenty of food options in the evening. It was well connected to all the sites I wanted to see, with two metro stops within a 10 minute walk. Also I felt very safe in the area and the hotel as a solo female traveler. The room was perfectly clean, and a good size (maybe would be a little tight for 2 people and their luggage). I also made use of the laundry services- very easy to use! I would highly recommend this hotel to any other travelers!"
"When I first arrived to the property, I was surprised that the Front Desk spoke English and very helpful about getting into my room. While I was staying there for a couple of days, it was easy for me to get my room cleaned as I put the sign of notice cleaning on the front of the door, which was magnetic and was clean the next day upon my arrival. The only thing I was the dissatisfied about was when I asked to use the pool I obviously had tattoos, and the receptionist saw it and didn’t mention for me to not use the pool or say I noticed you have tattoos. Maybe you shouldn’t use the pool as it’s not allowed. But in the end I end up paying 2000 to pay for the usage of the pool and a towel. When I arrive at the pool area, they told me I was not allowed in. I was surprised that they took my money without even telling me. But regardless, my day was pretty fantastic. Also, if you ever want to use the laundry on the upper floors, it’s always busy so I wasn’t unable to wash my clothes and I had to go to a private Dry Cleaning company around the area to get all my clothes cleaned.
