"Beautiful hotel, staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Entire hotel grounds were impeccable, rooms are well appointed with good amount of space."
"What makes this place special is an incredible unwavering culture of service. If there is anything they can do to make their guest comfortable they will not hesitate to do it. Great place to spend a work or vacation stay. "
"Great location, great staff, great breakfast. There was some dust in the air-conditioning unit, but that's the only problem I found. If I ever stay in Shimbashi again, this will be the hotel I pick."

"Our room was very comfortable and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff at the hotel is fantastic and made our stay so nice. The staff in the restaurant were super- accommodating to our dietary restrictions and the food was excellent. "

"Roppongi is such a nice area & Hotel Villa added to that. Staff were friendly, rooms offered just enough space, I loved the PJ's and slippers offered, and the view was amazing. They also offer a laundry room & 24 hour storage for your luggage after you've checked out but are not just yet ready for the airport. I would definitely stay again. "
"This is a great value hotel. Nice services. Room is more spacious and well-designed than other ones, something as simple as places to hang things. This hotel seems ample. It has space underneath the bed to store luggages. Plenty of outlets around the bed and table. Nice yukata and slippers provided. My only complaint is some areas are hot. Elevator and lobby are not quite well cooled. The restroom I used at the check-in was toasting hot. Elevator can be competitive near check out time. There is only one per building."
