"Rooftop pool area was nice, Room was nice, cool and clean. Front desk was also very nice and helpful. Walkable to 5th Ave but not so close were street noise may bother you while trying to sleep. "

I rented a bike for my stay which made getting around even easier (Playa del Carmen is a great city for cycling). The room was clean and spacious. Staff were courteous and pleasant.
