"Excellent location, right in the action, a block to 5th ave and tons of restaurants and bars. Only a few rooms in the hotel have been renovated to look like the pictures, mine was not, looked like it was renovated in 1970, but it was clean, no mold, no bugs. Bed was firm but comfortable, smart tv and good A/C. Big issue for me was no mini fridge. Ivan the manager was awesome, very helpful and kind. "We loved our stay at Hyatt Vivid. The resort itself is beautifully spacious. You can be involved in the festivities or tuck yourself away. It is centrally located to 5th Avenue and the ferry. We loved being in walking distance to almost everything!!
Our room was beautiful and quiet! We didn't try all the restaurants but the ones we did, the food was delicious. The main bar in the lobby was great and the margaritas never disappointed.
We're already planning our next trip!!!"

"Staff was great, they went above and beyond. Rooms were clean. Pool roof top had a beautiful view. Breakfast qas pretty much the same every day but we loved it. Will definitely be returning to this hotel next visit."
