The resort was beautiful, the service was the best I have ever had traveling to Mexico. The food was great. My only complaint is I didn't like the menu about 80% of the menu is seafood and I'm not a big seafood eater. The service at the resort was so good they made me off menu meals that were fabulous. Now that's a 5* vacation.

Staff at property was wonderful. Rooms were average. Food was very good and so were cocktails. All restaurants were not always open and it was confusing to figure out which were open. They need more restaurants. Pools were lovely but not many bathrooms nearby. Resort was smaller than I thought. Fifth Ave shopping nearby for added fun. Beach is smaller than. Nearby properties not that nice. Very casual nice resort.

We had an amazing experience at Devossion Resort in Playa del Carmen! This resort has such a great atmosphere, with a beautiful modern design, incredible pools, and an energetic yet relaxing adults-only vibe. The pools were definitely a highlight, but what really made our stay special was the phenomenal staff. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. We absolutely loved the stylish, contemporary feel of the property and the fun, upbeat atmosphere throughout the resort. It’s the perfect combination of relaxation, great energy, and a little luxury. If you’re looking for a modern adults-only getaway in Playa del Carmen with beautiful pools, amazing staff, and fantastic vibes, this is definitely a resort worth visiting. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely return!

Devossion should be at the top of your list for resorts in Playa. Chill vibe with an upper scale menus, service and rooms. The spa is something you should do. It rejuvenates you. No time share people trying to talk to you just really nice, hard working members on the Devossion team. The beds are incredibly comfortable to go a long with a fantastic room service menu. Go stay there, you will not regret it.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Devossion. The architecture is stunning very sleek, minimalist and full of natural light. Our suite was spacious and beautifully designed, complete with a rainfall shower and a fully stocked minibar plus plunge pool. The service here is where the resort truly shines. The staff are incredibly attentive, whether bringing fresh towels to your poolside cabana or mixing excellent cocktails. The food is very good for an all-inclusive and we loved that no reservations were required for the standard restaurants. Also, while the infinity pools are pristine, the beach itself can be hit-or-miss with seaweed and odor depending on the currents.
